Daily Zikir Poster

The Daily Zikir poster is being divided into three parts; the first ten days, mid ten days and last ten days of Ramadhan.

Similar to the du’a in the Fasting Chart, you can find the du’a in Arabic in the middle, the transliteration on the left and the translation on the right.

Each dua is broken down into lines to make it easier to follow.

Good Practices Poster

The Good Practices poster acts as a new habit builder reminding you and your child what can be done throughout the fasting month.

Your child can pick up reading the Quran or its translation, start a sadaqah jar to cultivate a good charitable habit and try performing Terawih prayers, as it is unique only for the month of Ramadhan.

Terawih prayers can be done at home or bring your child to the masjid to experience Terawih prayers with the community.

Moon Chart

The Moon Chart shows the moon cycle from the first to the full 30 days in a month.

Guide your child along to observe the moon as it changes its shape through each day of the fasting month.

Like the Daily Zikir poster, the Moon Chart is also divided into three parts; the first ten days, mid ten days and last ten days of Ramadhan.

Sighting of the moon may be hard in the first few days of the month. The crescent moon may be thinly visible to our naked eyes.

The full moon will be on the 13th, 14th and 15th of the month.

And towards the end of the month, the moon will again lose its full shape and become crescent. In the last couple of days of the month. The sighting of the moon may again be as hard as the first few days.

This chart can also be used monthly throughout the Islamic calendar year.

Fasting Chart & Stars StickeR

The Fasting Chart has 30 days of stars along with the duas for fasting and breaking of fast.

There is the dua in Arabic, the transliteration on the left and the translation on the right.

The dua is broken down into lines to make it easier to read.

The star stickers are ready-cut into halves. This is to motivate children to earn half a star to complete half the day’s fast, or a full star once they successfully fasted for a whole day!

Reward your child with half a star-sticker by mid-day or Zuhur. You can motivate your child to fast through Maghrib – and reward them with the other half star-sticker so that they would have earned a full star for the day.

Sadaqah Sticker

The Sadaqah Jar sticker is to be placed on any jar. We recommend recycling a glass jar for this purpose.

Write your child’s name on the sticker before sticking it onto the jar. Place the jad in a prominent place in your house to encourage your child to set aside a little of their daily allownace into the jar.

Towards the end of Ramadhan, let your child choose a charity or masjid where the total amount collected can be donated to.

Completion Certificate

The Certificate is a reward to recognise your child’s effort throughout the fasting month. Present the certificate to them on the last day of the fasting month.
